Habitat
Pond sliders are native to the south-central and southeastern United States and northern Mexico. Hatchling and juvenile pond sliders have a green upper shell (carapace), yellow bottom shell (plastron), and green and yellow stripes and markings on their skin.Wikipedia ↗
